WORLD MARKETS

IF IT HAS A PRICE,
IT HAS A MARKET.

A twelve-pack of toilet paper and an ounce of gold, priced the same way, in the same index. Two hundred and twenty of them, every number from a public source.

REAL PRICES · PUBLIC MATH

Nothing here is made up.

That sounds like a low bar. It is the one the last version of this site failed, so it is the one we build against now.

WE READ THE PRICE

Futures from the front-month quote. Currencies from the daily USD reference rate. Cards from the TCGplayer market price. Skins from Steam. The exact source is printed next to every single index.

NO INVENTED TICKS

A price moves when its source moves, and not otherwise. There is no filler wobble between refreshes, so a flat line means a flat market rather than a dead feed.

STALE IS A STATE

Every index has a staleness limit sized to its source. Past it, it is marked stale on the page and in the API, instead of quietly showing you last week's number.

THE HOUSE FAVOURITES

Eight of the two hundred.
